# Notat

> Notat is a clinical documentation and patient engagement platform. It transcribes consultations, drafts structured notes with ICD/ICPC coding context, and manages patient follow-up, care plans, telehealth, and EHR export — all behind a clinician review gate before anything reaches the patient or the record.

Notat serves individual clinicians, outpatient practices, and multi-location clinics. It is available as an iOS app and a web app, and is designed to integrate with existing EHR systems rather than replace them. The site is available in 14 languages (English, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Estonian, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic, Polish, Portuguese).
